There are provided a battery cell, a battery module, a battery pack and a vehicle configured to guide venting gas to be discharged in a desired direction when a thermal event occurs.A battery cell according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes an electrode assembly, an electrode lead connected to the electrode assembly, a cell case accommodating the electrode assembly and configured to support the electrode lead, and a venting guide unit disposed in the cell case, and configured to guide a venting gas to be discharged through a predetermined region of the cell case when an internal pressure of the cell case rises.
