A vehicle window assembly and a vehicle are provided in the present disclosure. A guide rail defines an accommodating space that has an opening facing a glass plate. A mounting member defines a mounting hole in communication with the accommodating space. The connecting member has one end connected to the glass plate, and the other end penetrating through the mounting hole. Therefore, the glass plate, the connecting member, and the mounting member can be structurally integrated, which is beneficial to improving structural stability of the glass plate, the connecting member, and the mounting member. On this basis, only by disposing at least part of the mounting member in the accommodating space, assembly between the guide rail and the glass plate, the connecting member, and the mounting member can be realized, thereby effectively improving assembly efficiency of the vehicle window assembly. In addition, since the glass plate, the connecting member, and the mounting member are structurally integrated, connecting gaps between various components of the vehicle window assembly can be further reduced, and moisture is prevented from entering through joints, which is beneficial to improving a waterproof performance of an internal structure of the vehicle window assembly, thereby improving quality of the vehicle window assembly.
