The rotating turret (13) is disposed on the rotating shaft (12) and capable of rotating along with the rotating shaft (12) so as to switch between at least two target operation positions. The power assembly (14) includes a first power source (14a) and a magnetic powder clutch (14b). The rotating shaft (12) and the first power source (14a) are in transmission connection with each other via the magnetic powder clutch (14b). The magnetic powder clutch (14b) is configured to control the rotating shaft (12) to remain stationary when the rotating turret (13) is hovering at each target operation position.",
