The present disclosure relates to a battery pack and a device including the same, and a battery pack according to one embodiment of the present disclosure includes at least one battery module; a pack case that includes a case cover for covering the at least one battery module and a case tray coupled with an edge of the case cover; and a gasket that is arranged between the case cover and the case tray, wherein the gasket comprises a gasket flat part that is an area where the gasket extends without curvature, and a gasket corner part that is an area where the gasket is deformed to correspond to the shape of the pack case and is bent while having a curvature.
