In each patterned region, protrusions Q that protrude with a protrusion height of 0.1 mm or greater and 1.0 mm or less from the base surface of the decorative portion are formed in plural with a spacing of 0.1 mm or greater and 3.0 mm or less. The communication device is wholly positioned within the decorative portion in a plane projected in a tire width direction of the tire side portion.
