To increase riding comfort during cruise control, there is disclosed a control device 60 of a motorcycle 1 including a traveling controller 61 and a suspension controller 63; the traveling controller 61 executing cruise control in which the motorcycle 1 is caused to follow a preceding vehicle while keeping a predetermined inter-vehicle distance by controlling at least one of a front wheel brake 8B, a rear wheel brake 9B, and an engine 6, based on a detection value of a radar 22; the suspension controller 63 controlling at least one of a damping force of a front fork 20, a spring reaction force of the front fork 20, a damping force of a rear suspension 30, and a spring reaction force of the rear suspension 30 in accordance with acceleration or deceleration of the motorcycle 1 when the traveling controller 61 accelerates or decelerates the motorcycle 1 during the cruise control.
