Charging Station

A charging station () for charging a vehicle battery (A) of at least one electrically powered vehicle () connected to said charging station () by means of a pluggable charging connector () adapted to transfer in a charging process electrical power from said charging station () to the vehicle battery (A), wherein a valve of said charging station () and/or of the vehicle () is opened before, during and/or after said charging process to supply a medium with a suitable temperature into a battery conditioning unit (B) of the vehicle () to optimize the temperature of the vehicle battery (A) for the charging process.
