CIRCUIT DEVICE FOR PROTECTING BATTERY

DRIVE April 13, 2023
Source
A battery protection circuit device includes: a first voltage distribution circuit that connects to positive and negative charger terminals, and configured to distribute a charging voltage of the charger; a first FET that connects between a battery and the positive terminal to receive a charging current from the charger and supply the charging current to the battery, the first FET being connected to a first node of the first voltage distribution circuit, and controlled based on a magnitude of the charging voltage; a second voltage distribution circuit that connects to the positive and negative terminals, and configured to distribute the charging voltage; and a second FET that connects to the positive terminal, the second FET being connected to the first node and a second node of the second voltage distribution circuit, and turned on or off based on the magnitude of the charging voltage.
