An electric work vehicle includes an electric motor (2m), a travel device (11, 12) configured to travel on a ground based on a drive of the electric motor (2m), a transmission (24) configured to transmit a motive power from the electric motor (2m) to the travel device (11, 12) while varying a speed of a rotation inputted from the electric motor (2m), a single operation part (31) configured to accept a manual operation for changing a direction of the rotation of the electric motor (2m) and for changing a shift level of the transmission (24), and a controller (40) configured to output a control signal to the electric motor (2m) and the transmission (24) based on the manual operation accepted by the single operation part (31).
