A secondary battery disclosed here has a lid having a liquid injection port, a resin washer attached to the liquid injection port, and a sealing member. The sealing member has a sleeve inserted into the liquid injection port and a flange extending from the sleeve along an outer surface of the lid in an outer diameter direction. The resin washer is installed in the liquid injection port and is sandwiched between the flange and the outer surface of the lid. A protrusion protruding toward the outer surface of the lid is provided at a radial intermediate portion of the flange. A restricting portion that restricts an outer edge of the resin washer is provided in the lid or the sealing member.",
