The invention provides a wheel and a motor vehicle. The wheel includes: a wheel hub; a wheel rim, connected to the wheel hub through a plurality of spokes, the plurality of spokes being spaced apart from each other to form a plurality of through spaces; and a plurality of baffles, movably installed to the wheel relative to the wheel hub and configured to move relative to the wheel hub in response to changes in a speed of a vehicle to provide different shielding degrees for corresponding through spaces among the plurality of through spaces.
