An interior member (1) comprises a first skin material (2), a second skin material (3), and transducers (4A to 4D). The first skin material (2) includes a first exposed portion (20) which is exposed in a cabin interior, and a first embedded portion (21) embedded on a cabin exterior side from the first exposed portion (20). The second skin material (3) includes a second exposed portion (30) which is exposed to the cabin interior and which is adjacent to the first exposed portion (20), and a second embedded portion (31) which is embedded on the cabin exterior side from the second exposed portion (30) and which is joined to the first embedded portion (21). The transducers (4A to 4D) each include a main body portion (40) arranged directly behind the first exposed portion (20), and a wiring portion (41) which is disposed directly behind at least the first embedded portion (21) and which is electrically connected to the main body portion (40). An end portion (41a) of each wiring portion (41) is disposed on the cabin exterior side of the first embedded portion (21).
