The circuit board (20) is located below the light-transmitting cover (10). The light source (30) includes a plurality of light-emitting modules (31) on the circuit board (20). The plurality of light-emitting modules (31) is arranged between the circuit board (20) and the light-transmitting cover (10). The heat-dissipating layer (40) is located below the circuit board (20). A light-outgoing surface (30a) of the light source (30) faces the light-transmitting cover (10), and is configured to emit ultraviolet toward the light-transmitting cover (10) for irradiation and sterilization.
