Source
The invention relates to a propulsion assembly (151) for an aircraft comprising a T-shaped frame (156) with a horizontal structure (156a) and a vertical structure (156b), a gearbox (155) fixed to the front of the frame (156) and a propulsion system (150) comprising the following propulsion elements: an electric motor (154a) driving the components of the gearbox (155), a fuel cell (154b), a tank and a cooling system (154d), where the propulsion elements (154a-d) are fixed under the horizontal structure (156a) and against the vertical structure (156b) by fixing means. [0002] With such an arrangement, it is easy to access each propulsion element from the side of the chassis during maintenance operations.
