Disclosed are a slot die coater and an electrode coating device including the same. A slot die coater according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is a device configured to discharge a coating material onto a surface of a substrate, and may include: a first die having a first surface; a second die having a second surface facing the first surface; and a shim plate interposed between the first surface of the first die and the second surface of the second die to form a slot through which the coating material is discharged, wherein the second die may include a pair of guide lips protruding from both ends of the opening of the slot toward the substrate.
