POWER CONNECTOR FOR TURBOMACHINE

Disclosed herein is a power connector and methods of making thereof. The power connector includes first and second bolts which each comprise a base body and a shank, the shank having a thread formed on an outer surface thereof; and a housing connected to the first and second bolts. The base bodies of the first and second bolts comprise gradual transitions from each side of the base body to another side, each gradual transition having a radius of curvature. A diagonal gap of uniform width is present between the base bodies of the first and second bolts.
