The battery box body (100) comprises: a thermal management component (110) used for accommodating a fluid to adjust the temperature of the battery, wherein the end portion area of a first edge (1101) in the thermal management component (110) is provided with a protruding portion (111) protruding outwards in a first direction (x), the first direction (x) is parallel to the first edge (1101) of the thermal management component (110), and the protruding portion (111) and the first edge (1102) of the thermal management component (110) form a recessed portion (112); and a connecting plate (120) accommodated in the recessed portion (112) and connected to the first edge (1102) and the protruding portion (111). According to the technical solution, the battery box body comprises the thermal management component, so that the integration of the thermal management component and the box body is achieved. While the thermal management component is used to achieve thermal management of the electrical component inside the box body, the internal space of the box body can also be conserved, thereby increasing the energy density of the battery.
