The vehicle has a feedback unit designed to capture feedback regarding the vehicle error. The capturing of the feedback includes organizing the feedback in a predefined problem description structure. The feedback unit is designed to process the feedback and to derive a degree of severity of a problem from the feedback. The captured feedback is integrated into the snapshot.
