The present inventive concept relates to a power generating arrangement, comprising a power generator, a housing and a supporting structure, wherein the housing is attached to the supporting structure, and a center of gravity of the power generator is arranged between at least one of a first and second geometric rotation axes and a downward facing side of the housing.
