A voltage measurement device (100) individually detects, in a cell stack (200) of n (n is an integer greater than or equal to two) battery cells (B1 and the like) connected in series, a voltage of each of the n battery cells (B1 and the like), and includes: n+1 resistor elements (R1 and the like), first terminals of which are connected to a positive electrode of an upper-end battery cell (Bn) among the n battery cells (B1 and the like), a negative electrode of a lower-end battery cell (B1) among the n battery cells (B1 and the like), and connection points between the n battery cells (B1 and the like); n+1 capacitors (C1 and the like), first terminals of which are respectively connected to second terminals of the n+1 resistor elements (R1 and the like); and a voltage measurer (30) connected to the second terminals of the n+1 resistor elements (B1 and the like). Second terminals of two or more capacitors among the n+1 capacitors (C1 and the like) are connected to a positive electrode of a k-th battery cell (k is an integer greater than or equal to one and less than or equal to n-1) among the n battery cells (R1 and the like).
