An air inlet section (40) for an aircraft propulsion system nacelle (24) includes an outer skin (48), an inner skin (50), and a lip skin (54). The lip skin (54) extends between and to an outer end (70) and an inner end (72). The outer end (70) is disposed at the outer skin (48). The inner end (72) is disposed at the inner skin (50). The lip skin (54) forms an exterior lip skin surface (76) extending from the inner end (72) to the outer end (70). The exterior lip skin surface (76) forms a leading edge (78) of the lip skin (54). The exterior lip skin surface (76) includes an outer surface portion (80) and an inner surface portion (82). The outer surface portion (80) extends from the outer end (70) to the inner surface portion (82). The outer surface portion (80) forms a hydrophobic surface. The inner surface portion (82) extends from the inner end (72) to the outer surface portion (80). The inner surface portion (82) forms a hydrophilic surface.
