The method includes: calculating a SOC proportional coefficient of a present battery of the ESS based on the SOC of the present battery and the SOC of all batteries online of the ESS, calculating a given charge-discharge power of the present battery based on a first target charge-discharge power of the ESS and the SOC proportional coefficient of the present battery, and controlling a charge-discharge power of the PCS corresponding to the present battery based on the given charge-discharge power of the present battery. Different charge-discharge powers which are obtained based on the SOCs of the online batteries of the ESS can be dynamically distributed to their respective batteries, so that the SOCs of batteries of the ESS can be balanced.",
