A ratio of a depth h1 of the first deformation portion to a height h2 of the first part ranges from 0.05 to 0.42 in a thickness direction of the first-lower-plastic-member body. A ratio of the depth h1 of the first deformation portion to a height h3 of the second part ranges from 0.16 to 0.6.
