A lamp unit (10) includes: a first lamp including a first light source portion (11) and an optical unit (12); and a second lamp including: a second light source portion (21), at least a part of the second light source portion (21) being turned on when the first light source portion (11) is turned on; and a lens (22), the second light source portion (21) being configured to draw a light pattern on a road surface. The lens (22) is provided to contact an end of the optical unit (12), and a portion of the optical unit (12), the portion of the optical unit contacting the lens (22), is provided with a light intake portion (1220) configured to cause light emitted from the second light source portion (21) to be incident on the optical unit (12).
