"textContent": "A headlamp light-sensing detection device and a headlamp are provided. The headlamp light-sensing detection device includes a condensing lens, a lens hood and a light-sensing element. The condensing lens is arranged in front of the light-sensing element, to converge external light to the light-sensing element. The lens hood is arranged between the light-sensing element and the condensing lens, and may be configured to shield the light which is projected to the light-sensing element by a high beam light source and a low beam light source, so as to reduce optical crosstalk, such that external ambient light is received accurately, thereby achieving a desirable light-sensing detection effect. The light-sensing element may provide photoelectric parameters according to the brightness of sensed light, and then an MCU chip collects the photoelectric parameters and provides a corresponding control signal.",
