ELECTRIFIED FIRE FIGHTING VEHICLE

An electrified fire fighting vehicle includes a chassis, a front axle coupled to the chassis, a rear axle coupled to the chassis, a water pump, an energy storage system, an engine, an electromagnetic device coupled to the energy storage system, and a supplemental motor coupled to the energy storage system. The electromagnetic device includes an input coupled to the engine, a first output coupled to the water pump, and a second output coupled to the rear axle. The supplemental motor is positioned between the electromagnetic device and the rear axle. The engine is configured to drive the water pump through the electromagnetic device. The engine is configured to drive the rear axle through the electromagnetic device and the supplemental motor. The electromagnetic device is configured to drive the water pump. The electromagnetic device is configured to drive the rear axle through the supplemental motor. The supplemental motor is configured to drive the rear axle.
