There, a controller is coupled to the compressor, blower, and temperatures sensor which is programmed to control the compressor, blower, and temperature sensor. The controller decreases a speed of the blower when the temperature signal is below a first temperature threshold. The controller stops the compressor when the temperature signal is below a second temperature threshold where the second temperature threshold is less than the first temperature threshold.",
