A display control device including a display control section that displays a meter image indicating information of a vehicle on a display section provided to the vehicle and that also, in the meter image from a reference point to a position of an indicator needle along a scale configuration of a meter, displays a gauge depicted along the scale configuration of the meter so as to match movement of the indicator needle and depicts the gauge side with reference to the indicator needle by a prescribed emphasis display.
