A power supply system of a refrigerator for an electric vehicle according to an example embodiment of the present disclosure includes a high-voltage battery that supplies electricity for refrigeration and power to a vehicle, an infotainment (IVI, In-Vehicle Infotainment) system that receives refrigeration information of the vehicle by being operated by a user, a communication controller that receives the refrigeration information input through the infotainment system, a battery management system that receives electricity from the high-voltage battery, and converts the electricity into electricity used for each component of the vehicle and distributes the electricity, and a refrigeration system that receives the refrigeration information from the communication controller and performs refrigeration.
