The groove 3 includes a pair of groove walls 4 at least one of which includes a stepped portion 6 in which depth direction surfaces 8 extending in a groove depth direction and width direction surfaces 9 extending in a groove width direction are arranged alternately. The depth direction surfaces 8 include a first depth direction surface 8a extending from a tread surface 2a and a second depth direction surface 8b extending inward of the first depth direction surface 8a in a tire radial direction. A groove width at the second depth direction surface 8b is smaller than a groove width at the first depth direction surface 8a. A length in the groove depth direction of the second depth direction surface 8b is smaller than a length in the groove depth direction of the first depth direction surface 8a.
