Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining data, the data including first data derived from a first sensor, analyzing, based on the obtaining of the data, the data to identify that a condition associated with an operation of a first vehicle represents a danger relative to a threshold, defining, based on the analyzing of the data, a zone corresponding to a range of locations associated with the danger, and identifying at least one action to invoke based on the defining of the zone, and causing, based on the identifying of the at least one action to invoke, the at least one action to be invoked.
