The system includes: a cooling module having a cooling fan: an engine cooling apparatus having a first line connected to the cooling module and the engine and through which a first coolant flows; an intercooler ; an electrical component cooling apparatus having a water pump and a second line connected to the cooling module, the electrical component, and the water pump and through which a second coolant flows; and a controller to control operation of the cooling fan and the water pump. The intercooler circulates the second coolant and is disposed in series with the electrical component. The electrical component cooling apparatus includes a bypass line connected to the second line downstream of the cooling module and to the second line upstream of the intercooler, based on a flow direction of the second coolant.",
