The additive includes MOH (wherein M is or includes an alkali metal), a polymer comprising a R-O repeating unit (wherein R is or includes a substituted or unsubstituted alkylene group, or phenylene group), and an ammonium group-including cation polymer at a weight ratio in a range of about 1:about 0.4 to about 1.5: about 0.4 to about 1.5.
