The present invention relates to a battery pack and a method for assembling the same and a powered device. The battery pack includes a battery module (1), a case (2), a glue filling structure (3), and a gas guide (4), where the case (2) is provided with an accommodating cavity (21); the battery module (1) is disposed in the accommodating cavity (21); a filling cavity (5) is formed between the battery module (1) and at least part of a side wall (22) of the case (2); the glue filling structure (3) includes a first glue filling portion (31) disposed in the accommodating cavity (21); a gap (6) is formed between a top surface of the first glue filling portion (31) and a top surface of the filling cavity (5); the gas guide (4) includes a first gas guide (41) disposed in the gap (6); and the first gas guide (41) is configured to store gas and/or guide gas within the battery pack to an exterior of the battery pack.
