An integrated electronic control unit that is installed to a vehicle, and that aggregates and is connected by control function to plural electronic control units installed to the vehicle. The integrated electronic control unit is mounted to a partition wall positioned between a cabin and a drive section of the vehicle so as to face another integrated electronic control unit across the partition wall, and such that at least a part of the integrated electronic control unit overlaps with the other integrated electronic control unit when looking in a vehicle forward direction.
