"textContent": "A gas turbine engine (20) disposed within a nacelle (40) is provided that includes an open rotor propulsion system (28), compressor (30), combustion (32), and turbine (34) sections, a lubrication system (70), and a turbine active clearance control system (54). The turbine active clearance control system (54) includes first and second valves (60, 64), a heat exchanger (58), and a nacelle air inlet device (56). The heat exchanger (58) receives air from the air inlet device (56), accepts a lubricant flow therethrough, and permits heat transfer between the air flow and the lubricant to produce a conditioned air flow. The first valve (60) receives conditioned air flow from the heat exchanger (58) and may pass the conditioned air flow to the second valve (64). The second valve (64) receives a second air flow from the air inlet device (56).",
