DIE COATER

The die coater includes a first die including a land part and a manifold, the manifold having a predetermined depth from the land part and configured to accommodate an electrode slurry. The die coater further includes a second die coupled to the first die and a shim interposed between the first die and the second die. The shim includes a spacer shim extending in a first direction and a body shim extending in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The spacer shim includes an insulating liquid inlet and first and second insulating flow paths connected to the insulating liquid inlet. The die coater further includes a first regulator configured to adjust an amount of the insulating liquid discharged through the first insulating flow path.
