A battery information generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a profile acquisition unit that acquires a battery profile representing a correspondence between a capacity and a voltage of a battery; and a control unit that sets a positive electrode voltage section corresponding to the battery based on a preset negative electrode flat section, adjusts a preset reference positive electrode profile and a reference negative electrode profile to correspond to the battery profile based on the positive electrode voltage section, and generates a positive electrode profile and a negative electrode profile of the battery based on an adjustment result.
