The battery cell comprises a housing, an electrode assembly, and electrode terminal. The housing is provided with a wall portion, and an installation hole is formed on the wall portion. The electrode assembly is accommodated within the housing. The electrode terminal is arranged as passing through the installation hole; the electrode terminal comprises a first terminal portion and a second terminal portion in a split arrangement; the first terminal portion and the second terminal portion are arranged in the thickness direction of the wall portion and are interconnected; at least part of the first terminal portion is located on the side of the wall portion facing the electrode assembly and is electrically connected to the electrode assembly; at least part of the second terminal portion is located on the side of the wall portion away from the electrode assembly, and the first terminal portion and the second terminal portion are configured as cooperatively holding the wall portion.
