Embodiments of the application provide an on-board interactive assisted driving method, an on-board electronic device and a storage medium. The on-board interactive assisted driving method includes: obtaining dual-light image data acquired by an on-board camera, wherein the dual-light image data includes infrared image data and visible-light image data; determining a local display mode of a host end, and on the basis of the dual-light image data, displaying, on a display interface of the host end, a target-type on-board video corresponding to the local display mode; and after a communication connection with an intelligent terminal is established, determining a terminal display mode of the intelligent terminal, obtaining, on the basis of the dual-light image data, a target-type video source corresponding to the terminal display mode, and sending the target-type video source to the intelligent terminal for display.
