A pressure relief component, a battery cell, a battery, and an electric device, which belong to the technical field of batteries. The pressure relief component is used for a battery cell; the pressure relief component is provided with at least two pressure relief notches, each pressure relief notch and connecting lines at the two ends of said notch enclosingly form a first region, the plurality of first regions are arranged at intervals, and a connecting line of at least one first region is located on the side of the first region near the center of the pressure relief component. The described design allows an opening having a larger area to be formed when the pressure relief component opens while also lowering the risk of a battery short circuit caused by the connection of the pressure relief component with another component in the battery. The risk of the area of the formed opening when the pressure relief component opens being too small due to a part within a first region being blocked by another part of the housing of the battery cell is likewise reduced, and the reliability of the battery is improved.
