A battery cell, a battery, and an electric device. The battery cell comprises a housing, an electrode assembly, and electrode terminal. The housing is provided with a wall portion. The electrode assembly is accommodated within the housing. The electrode terminal is riveted on the wall portion, and the electrode terminal is electrically connected to the electrode assembly. The electrode terminal comprises a flanged portion; in the thickness direction of the wall portion, the flanged portion is formed at the end of the electrode terminal close to the electrode assembly and located on the side of the wall portion facing the electrode assembly; the end of the electrode terminal facing away from the electrode assembly forms a continuous connection surface, the connection surface being used for connecting to a bus component. The present battery cell is a structure that allows the electrode terminal to be riveted onto the wall portion from inside the housing, causing the bus component to be able to directly connect to the continuous connection surface at the end of the electrode terminal away from the electrode assembly, thus facilitating an increase in the connection area between the bus component and the electrode terminal, and thereby being able to improve the connection stability and reliability between the electrode terminal and the bus component.
