Each of the exposure parts is formed only in a partial range in the short-side direction, inward, in the short-side direction, from one edge in the short-side direction in one electrode plate. When one electrode plate is deployed in a planar shape and viewed from the thickness direction, each exposure part has a first edge part that extends along the short-side direction, a second edge part that is positioned closer to a winding end side than the first edge part, and a third edge part that extends along the long-side direction or along a direction that is inclined with respect to the long-side direction.
