A heat transfer suppression member (50) includes a frame body (53) surrounding an outer periphery in a planar view, and a sheet-shaped heat insulation material (10) disposed in an inside of the frame body (53) and having a pair of main surfaces (10s). A thickness of the heat insulation material (10) is smaller than a thickness of the frame body (53) in a section view orthogonal to the planar view of the heat transfer suppression member (50).
