FLUORIDE ION SECONDARY BATTERY
DRIVE
June 10, 2026
The fluoride ion secondary battery 10 of the present disclosure includes a positive electrode 2, a negative electrode 4, and an electrolyte 3 disposed between the positive electrode 2 and the negative electrode 4. The negative electrode 4 includes a negative electrode active material and a fibrous carbon material, and the potential of the negative electrode 4 at the end of charge is more negative than -2.5 V vs. a standard hydrogen electrode. The fibrous carbon material may include a carbon nanotube.
