A battery pack includes: a support assembly, defining a plurality of first pressure relief holes; a first heat insulating member, connected to the support assembly; a plurality of cells, arranged on a side of the first heat insulating member away from the support assembly, where an explosion-proof valve of each of the plurality of cells directly faces a respective one of the plurality of first pressure relief holes; a second heat insulating member, connected to a side of the support assembly away from the first heat insulating member, where at least one of the first heat insulating member and the second heat insulating member seals the plurality of first pressure relief holes.
