A battery and an electrical device. The battery (100) comprises a battery module (20), a case body (10), and an output electrode base (120). The battery module (20) is electrically connected to an output electrode (21). The case body (10) comprises a first beam body (110), the first beam body (110) being provided with a clearance recess (111). The output electrode base (120) comprises a main body part (121) and a fixing part (122) which are connected to each other. At least part of the main body part (121) is accommodated in the clearance recess (111), one end of the output electrode (21) being fixed to the main body part (121). The fixing part (122) is arranged on the side of the first beam body (110) facing away from the battery module (20) and is connected to the first beam body (110). With regard to the battery (100) provided in the embodiments, by means of the fixing part (122) of the output electrode base (120), the output electrode base (120) can be assembled to be offset with respect to the top of the first beam body (110), effectively reducing effects on the assembly of the output electrode base (120).
