CIRCUIT PROTECTION APPARATUS, BATTERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND ELECTRICAL DEVICE

Disclosed in the present application are a circuit protection apparatus, a battery management system and an electrical device. The circuit protection apparatus comprises a current measurement module, a drive module and a fusing module. The current measurement module is separately connected to the drive module and a circuit undergoing test; and the current measurement module is configured to measure a current value in said circuit, and, when the current value is greater than a preset current threshold, to send a drive signal to the drive module. The fusing module is connected in series into said circuit. An input end of the drive module is connected to the current measurement module; an output end of the drive module is connected to the fusing module; and the drive module is configured to drive, when the drive signal is received, the fusing module to disconnect said circuit. When overcurrent occurs to circuits, the embodiments of the present application can reduce delay time for circuit disconnection control operations, so as to increase the speed of disconnecting the circuits, thus improving the effects of overcurrent protection.
