The heat exchange structure comprises a first plate and a second plate, wherein the first plate is provided with a first recess, the first recess has a first bottom wall and a first side wall; and the second plate is provided with a second recess, the second recess has a second bottom wall and a second side wall, the first bottom wall and the second bottom wall are at least partially spaced apart so as to form a flow channel, the first side wall is connected to the second side wall, and the first recess of the first plate is configured to contain battery cells.
