A stiffness conversion valve and a valve core thereof, an air spring, a suspension system, and a vehicle are provided. The stiffness conversion valve includes a valve rod and a valve core. The valve core is provided with a first hole, and the valve rod is partially accommodated in the first hole. The valve rod is fixedly connected to a side wall of the first hole. The stiffness conversion valve includes a plurality of first cross sections along an axis perpendicular to the valve rod. A cross-sectional area of the first hole is greater than a cross-sectional area of the valve rod on at least some of the first cross sections.
